We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We offer the Dermalogica 100% Money back Guarantee, we accept all Dermalogica products purchased from this website for full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return you must return the Dermalogica product unopened and with packaging in it’s original state. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a Dermalogica Product for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.

Damages and issues

Refunds
